Ordering

How long does it take to receive the item once it has been ordered?

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose. Estimated arrival times (business days) are:

  • Standard: about 7–10 days

  • Expedited: about 4–6

  • Rush: about 3–4 (not available for P.O. Box delivery)

  • Lightning: about 2 (or 3 for products such as puzzles; not available for P.O. Box delivery)

  • APO/FPO/DPO: about 15–17 (Standard only)

Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

How do I ship products to different addresses within one order?

At this time, we cannot split one order into multiple shipping addresses. If you would like to send puzzles to different recipients, please place a separate order for each address.

Will I receive a tracking link for my order?

Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking link. This allows you to follow your package and see the estimated delivery date.

Gift Certificates

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes. You can purchase a digital gift card and have it delivered directly by email. It’s a quick and convenient way to let someone choose their own personalized puzzle.

Can I use a discount code when purchasing gift certificates?

 No. Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied to the purchase of gift certificates.

How can I request to manage my personal information?

If you would like to access, update, or delete your personal information, please contact our customer service team at support@memoriesmade.store. For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

What is the size of a completed puzzle?

 Our puzzles are available in several sizes:

  • 24 pieces: 17.5" x 11"

  • 500 pieces: 24" x 18"

  • 1000 pieces: 27" x 19"
What are the puzzles made of?

Each puzzle is made from 100% recycled blue chipboard, 2mm thick, ensuring both durability and an eco-friendly choice.

What size is the box?

Box dimensions vary, but all puzzles are delivered in a sturdy, custom-printed box that keeps your puzzle pieces secure and makes for a beautiful presentation.

Image Files & Quality

Which photo file formats can be used?

We recommend uploading images in standard formats such as JPEG or PNG, as these work best for our production process.

What is the recommended image resolution?

For best results, we recommend a minimum of 150 dpi. Higher resolution images will produce sharper details in your puzzle.

What is the maximum file size I can upload?

We suggest uploading files under 20 MB to ensure smooth processing.

Which color space of my picture is required?

RGB color is preferred for the most accurate printing results.

Will my picture be edited?

Your photo will be printed as submitted. We do not automatically edit or enhance images, so please ensure your file looks exactly as you want it to appear.

What dimensions should the image have?

To achieve the best fit, we recommend uploading images that match the orientation of your chosen puzzle (horizontal or vertical).

Can colors change during printing?

Yes, slight variations in color may occur during the printing process due to differences between screen displays and print output.

Can I use any image to create my puzzle?

Yes, you may upload any image of your choice. However, please note that we are not responsible for copyrighted or offensive content submitted for printing.

Ordering & Payment Methods

Can I order more than one photo product at once?

Yes. You can add multiple puzzles to your cart and purchase them in a single order, as long as they are all being shipped to the same address.

How can I pay?

We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other common online payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.

Where can I redeem a promotional code?

You can enter your promotional code during checkout in the discount code field before completing your payment.

Where do I find the invoice (receipt) for my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your receipt attached. You can also contact our support team if you need an additional copy.

Shipment & Delivery

Can I have the order delivered to a different address?

Yes. During checkout you can enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address. This is perfect if you are sending a puzzle as a gift.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping usually takes 7–10 business days within the continental U.S., while expedited options are available for faster delivery. Please note that puzzles may require additional production time before shipping.

Can I check the status of my delivery?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package.

Can I pick up my order in person?

No. At this time we do not offer in-person pickup; all orders are shipped directly to your chosen address.

Replacements & Refunds

Can I get a refund if I do not like my photo product?

Because each puzzle is custom-made with your own image, we cannot offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind or personal preference. However, if your order arrives damaged or we made an error in production, we will replace it at no cost to you.

How do I report an issue with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team at support@memoriesmade.store. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. If the error is ours or the product was damaged in transit, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
